We are seeking a variety of tenants of different sizes and market areas to fulfill the Renaissance Town Center retail vision. Currently, Lowe's Home Centers, Inc. is constructing a 140,000 square foot establishment that fills one of the anchor spots, and we are in negotiations with additional anchor tenants, several mid-sized tenants, and a variety of inline stores.
In addition to the plentiful retail development, Phase 1 also includes luxury housing, an upscale hotel, and significant office space, as well as a medical plaza, fine dining establishments, and entertainment venues for all ages.
