Renaissance Town Center has 1.2 million square feet of retail space in a highly desirable location that offers significant opportunities for merchants of all sizes. We are seeking a variety of tenants of different sizes and market areas to fulfill the Renaissance Town Center retail vision. Currently, Lowe's Home Centers, Inc. is constructing a 140,000 square foot establishment that fills one of the anchor spots, and we are in negotiations with additional anchor tenants, several mid-sized tenants, and a variety of inline stores.
Renaissance Town Center is located in an area poised for expansive growth in the coming years. According to a recent census by GCR & Associates, New Orleans East is projected to grow 212% in the next few years (Claritas March 2007). Additionally, this area is designated as a TIF District by the State of Louisiana.
